Maybe he is going through another growth spurt, but our five hour nights have been replaced with three hour ones once again. Maybe I blew it by writing about it...who knows. Yesterday he was very fussy and wouldn't nap much during the day. We gave him a nice warm bath before bed, but last night he was up to his three hour on the dot feeding schedule. At least he is predictable! If it is a growth spurt, this will last a few days and then hopefully he will be back to his other schedule. Either way we still need to keep the bedtime routine going and try to stick to a schedule.

Isn't it funny how that goes! We saw the same stuff with Maia... good sleeping, and then a week of difficulty.
You find yourself saying to yourself: "Noooooo! Go back to sleep... Puhleeeeeeeese!"
It is all good, though. Maia, at 6 months now, is sleeping most nights from 7:30 to 5:30... sometimes, my alarm goes off (at 6:30) before she wakes up!
Just keep with the routine as much as possible... If he likes (demands) routine the way Maia does, he will go right back to his sleepy ways.
